Lowe's Home Improvement

I have purchased a lot of my plants here over the last few years and found some good clearance plants this year. I was there yesterday and the clearance plants were all 75% off. However, when scanned at register only 50% off shown. So the staff has to manually changes the price. There was some mix up during my scanning and when I got home I noticed that the prices were incorrect. I bought 2 clearance plants originally $16.98 each and the corrected price was $6.37 on my receipt. They should be $4.25 each. I wish that you can correct your scanning system to reflect the correct discount instead of relying your staff to do the calculations. What I think she did was that when the scanned price was at 50% off she updated the price for extra 25% instead of extra 50% for a total of 75% off. When she handed me the receipt she told me to do a survey and give her a score of 10 which I cannot do at this time.

It was a great experience at this location — all the employees were very friendly. The manager, Anthony, helped with the override quickly and efficiently. They also had plenty of beautiful flower choices!

We had such a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Quentin. He went above and beyond to help us load all the items we purchased into our car, and he did it with such a positive attitude. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. His customer service was outstanding — he helped us find everything we were looking for quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Employees like him truly make a difference. Thank you again, Quentin, for the excellent service.

This is a typical Lowe's Home Improvement Store. They have everything you need. Came here at 8:45 am on a Thursday morning. Parking was easy and it was easy to get around. There was lots of staff stocking and ready to be helpful when I ask for assistance. The store was clean. I've been here many times and I will be back again I'm sure!
